For over a century, CRESCENT LUFKIN tapes have been recognized as the standard for accuracy and high quality.The oil gauging tapes and plumb bobs are manufactured to meet the applicable specifications outlined in the N.I.T.S handbook.Use the Chrome Cladfor dark, heavy oils and the Nubianfor light, clear oils.The double duty tapes will measure both light and dark oils.Tapes are made from heavy 1/2 in. x 0.012 in. steel.The oil gauging tapes feature a large drum and winding handles for quick and easy rewinding.The winding handle folds over for storage and also to lock the line at an extended position.Oil gauging tapes and plumb bobs are sold seperately.
