Freud 99-001 2″ (Dia.) Door Lip Bit
The Classical Door Lip Bit mills the perfect edge for doors with 3/8″ rabbeted hinges. In one operation, it mills a 3/8″ radius on the face of the door, and a 3/8″ rabbet with 7 degree bevel on the back to accept the offset hinge. Use with table-mounted routers to cut hardwood, softwood, plywood or composites.
