IPG ALF201L-UL is an aluminum foil tape designed to meet UL181A-P and UL181B-FX standards, with printed identification for easy inspection. Ideal for seaming, patching, and sealing rigid fiber air ducts and connector closure systems, it enhances appearance and maintains vapor barrier integrity. The tape features an aggressive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive for long-lasting adhesion on clean, dry surfaces. It is flame retardant, with high shear adhesion, UV and mold resistance, and excellent reflective properties for heat and light. It offers superior bonding in both sub-zero and elevated temperatures and includes a release-coated kraft liner.
