Used to cover flush valves which are concealed in the wall construction, and provide a means of actuating the valves by handle, push button or pedal, and at the same time to provide access from the toilet room to adjust or maintain the valve. The face-of-wall box is for tile, masonry, or dry wall construction. The open back box is installed in the wall by means of anchor or nail holes provided. The flush-with-wall box is for plaster or wet wall construction and is installed prior to wall finish. The adjustable anchoring lugs provide a means of securely anchoring the box, so that the face of the cover will be flush with the finished wall.
